Write to hei@dealbook.no. Include the short id of the document (7 characters, for example 3fgfa34) and what you were trying to do.

Never send an API key or a national identity number by email. We never ask for them.

Sign-in and access

You sign in with your Companybook account at dealbook.no/logg-inn. Anyone with a Companybook account can use Dealbook for free; your first sign-in gives you your own workspace.

Signing

• If a signer has not received the email, ask them to check their spam folder. Then send a new link from the document in the app. The previous link stops working.
• Signers need no account. They sign at sign.dealbook.no and receive the signed PDF with signature evidence.
• A document awaiting signature can be withdrawn. Signers who received the link are told by email.

API keys and agents

• Create and revoke keys under Account ▸ API keys. A revoked key is rejected at once, in the API and in MCP.
• The MCP server is https://mcp.dealbook.no/mcp. How to connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others is in the documentation.
• If a tool answers with error code limit, the feature is not in your plan. Write to us if you need more.
